Description
A varied collection of ceramic dinnerware and serving pieces, predominantly glazed porcelain or earthenware. The group includes brown and sepia floral and scroll transferware, an oval platter with an ornate green and cream foliate border, and a deep blue and white geometric patterned covered tureen with matching dishes featuring gold accents. Also present are plain white cups and saucers with gold rim bands, blue and white transferware plates depicting traditional landscape scenes, and cups featuring a botanical pink floral motif with the legible inscription “Tricyrtis ecopa…”. The collection further comprises two blue and white commemorative plates, one marked “H.M. QUEEN MOTHER 2002” and another “HER MAJESTY QUEEN ELIZABETH THE… 2002”.
