Description
A collection of vintage Monopoly board games by John Waddington Ltd., Leeds, England. The lot includes at least two large, dark-colored folded game board boxes, each featuring the distinctive red, white, and black “MONOPOLY” branding and “PROPERTY TRADING BOARD GAME” subtitle. Supporting components are housed in smaller open-top cardboard boxes, containing numerous wooden houses and hotels (red and a blue-green/teal), paper money denominations (e.g., “100”), various metal playing tokens (including trains and a car), and a red die with white pips. A small red plastic container with “ATTENTION” embossed on its lid is also present amongst the pieces.
